FAQ

I would be interested in the initiatory training, but what frightens me a bit is the question of whether I would manage the independent study time of 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours a day, or find the discipline to keep it up.
Good that you ask! Unfortunately there was a mistake in the English translation of the flyers. If you really apply yourself in a concentrated way, 30 minutes a day should also be enough study time. The suggested study times were intended as guidelines and should not lead people to feel pressured to do a certain quota of exercises every day. Everyone can make spaces for pauses in their study and organise their study time to suit themselves. It is only important that a rhythmic repetition of certain thought-contents in nurtured, so that a deep sense for the imaginations and inspirations can be developed, which ultimately represents the basis of spiritual insight or knowledge. 15 minutes reading morning and evening, and a further 15 minutes practising a calm concentration exercise, would be an activity which enables us to maintain an inner guidance and consciousness in our everyday lives.
